Paragon Drive Backup 10 Error

    Hello, i'm french so excuse me for my poor english. So I've install Paragon Drive Backup v10 ( the trail version ) on a server Dell, the Os it's Server 2003R2, with a virtual area ( raid 1 ). When i lauch the program i've got an error 0x10097 Drive not ready. I d'ont know why i've got this error. I can email my sub**.log to someone of yours o_O?

    Please help ;)
