Every time I try to install it the same "error" occurs (view attachment). Nothing seems to have changed in my system. I've tried multiple registrations, and the installation seemed fine until it's copying the files. Then the error occurs.

Please provide assistance on correcting this issue.

Tried that and disabling my software restriction policy, but it's still the same. Would disabling the UAC work?

Yes disable the UAC. Often that delays the installation making you think the program stalled when in reality, it couldn't get pass the UAC.

That didn't work either. I've also tried disabling my AV, HIPS, and Firewall, but nothing changed.

Also, it actually stopped at registering product, not copying new files.

Curious. Is it in your Downloads Folder?

    What o/s are you using?

You might check the security setings on the installer - this works fine for me:

    SECURITY-2009-11-17_225648.jpg

System , User ( 7 in the pic) and Admininstrators all have Full Control.

You could try copying the installer to another location, e.g. C:\

    and see if that helps.

There may be something wrong with the download - checksums for 64 bit are here:

You could also try also running it as admin - open an elevated cmd , type the path to the .msi in, or shift and rtclick the installer, select Copy as path , then paste into elevated cmd. Press Enter.

    Hope it helps.

Yes, it's in my download folder, which is within another partition (B:\Downloads).

My OS is Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

I've enabled full permissions for every user and group, copied the installer to C:\ drive and ran it with elevated privileges. It's still interrupted!

The checksums are fine, this isn't the first time I've downloaded it.

Sounds like if the installer is fine - the permissions are fine - something on your system is stopping it.

Do you get same with other .msi's, or more specifically - with other Paragon apps?

If you are curious - you could try a trial version of another Paragon - see if you get the same issue.

    Hope it helps.
