Boot up from your WinPE created CD or flash drive, select your archive folder and PFI file. That should show you your archive info like file name, etc. From there select your destination, etc. and finally select "Apply" in the upper left of your screen. That should start the process. After it's all done, the destination loses its drive letter so I always assign it by right clicking and selecting assign drive letter back to what it was. You have to "apply" that same as before but it only takes a second or two.
