panda safe disc

Hello,

who here has tryed panda safe disc?

It seems quite a bit faster than other rescue discs. it scanned my laptop is around 13mins and other discs scan in around 30mins.
no fp's were found.
I havent tryed it on an infected machine yet.

 

It is an effective tool for removal of stubborn malware on the infected machine. When it is necessary, we use the Panda rescue disc to clean a user's system.

 

Can the virus definitions be updated on the safe disc?

 

The SafeCD can update the signature file via internet connection. If there is a Panda application installed on the user's system with more recent sigs than what the CD already has, then it will use that one.

 

In the recent past I have seen several different download links for Panda SafeCD/SafeDisk with the dowload ISO file side sometimes showing a significant variance.

What is the recommended "official" ISO file download web page?

Also I have seen Panda SafeCD and Panda SafeDisk for the names. Which is correct?

@ComputerSaysNo How exactly did you find that archive? I have never seen it, nor do we direct the public to that location.
