Giving this a trial. so far seems pretty light on resources.
What a nice....flower?
Yep, isn't that sweet. It is colorful but it seems so far to be very effective.
In case anyone is interested in trying it you can get it here http://www.tiploot.com/panda-gold-protection-download-with-180-days-license/
Six month trial, eh? That's pretty sweet.
It is running with MBAM Pro realtime WSA and winPatrol with no problems.
Too bad it looks like Windows 8.
It doesn't affect the way it works though.
Did you set any exclusions?
No exclusions. runs fine as is. No problems at all so far.
My daughter saw this pic while I was reviewing a few threads and now she wants Panda on her Leap Frog computer. As long as there are Pandas and flowers she loves it! I will give this a shot on my test PC, although, and I'm not sure why, but I have never had good luck when I've trialed Panda is the past. It's was always been hard on system resources with various conflicts. That was more than 3 or 4 years ago so I'm sure that could have changed by now. 6 months is a nice trial. Thank you bigc73542!
well Panda Gold isn't Gold because their zero day protection sucks
do you have a link to that info ??
i know that because i test their av's in the past and they were disappointing av because their zero day protection didn't seem to do anything in terms of zero day malware
you have a thing against panda (got banned from their forum) and against avast (got there banned too). if you have links from respected organisations to sustain your claims, post those. otherwise, spare us about your "tests". you are wasting our time.
You are using too many security software...
Why they work great together.
come back to me when yours rejoins AVC
Anyone know if Panda uses the Windows firewall like Avira or is it their own?
AFAIK, they still use their own.
Here ia a screenie of the FW settings
Even so, you could probably add yet another program without a problem, but only because they work fine together doesn't mean you actually need to use all of them at the same time. But you do as you like of course, each to their own
why can't you mind your own business i was a kid back then
Several days now and Panda Gold still running just great. Hopefully it will remain that way.
... and the flower is nice too.
