Panda Detected a Hack Tool

Hello I have a concern I removed about three Viruses with Panda 2004 I am Up to date on all security programs I run I use spy bot spysweeper adaware Zonealarm free edition Peer Gaurdian Free Highjack this Yesturday Panda brought up a warning which was hackToolGendel.A and I am not sure if it is gone or not I have scanned with my antivirus and it found 1 virus which it removed but I scanned with Trend Micro and it found 3 viruses but for some reason could not remove them it just said to delete them. So my question is If this hack tool got in how can I be sure its removed and how can I make it so it wont happen again peergardian also has these warnings

For Trojans/Malware/Adware with all due respect to all the very nice people who publish the free programs, I use them myself, but alongside COUNTERSPY from Sunbelt-software (15 days trial free), which I found to be the safest and most accurate anti-trojan program out there. You have to use a full fledged program as well to be protected.

As for the virus, the program tries to quarantine it first or extract it from it's holding file, if this is not possible then it will recommend that you delete it, if you did and did not get an error messages, like: the file could not be deleted or access denied, then it's gone. If you do get a message like that, you can always boot to "safe mode" and run a scan, it will be easier to delete it then.
