as they have mentioned since last year 10 million users have downloaded PCA so in my guess atleast 4 million users will be in the cloud excluding their paid customers.

Any chance Immunet and Panda will share their cloud data between them?

No idea really, most likely that will be kept private. I know Panda shares data with Web of Trust but that is the only one I know of.

Maybe Iobit could help them out by "borrowing" some of it and passing it on? :D

Installed the free version. Strange bug:

Comodo Defense+ prompts that PSAN host is trying to modify all sorts of files it has no business modifying - for example, various executables on my hard drive. I have seen alerts for Starcraft 2, Vmware-vmx and prevx. In addition, since it was installed, I receive Defense+ prompts for /Device/RasAcd and /Device/Netbt_TCPIP_* despite these not being found in my protected files. Thus, I am quite puzzled why I am receiving those alerts.

    Other software installed: Prevx, Sandboxie.

Uninstalling fixes the Protected Files Issue. Any ideas, pbust?

Comodo Firewall and Panda Cloud don't always get along (mainly to Comodo install file and the PCAV scanner) I don't know why it would be modifying them but maybe it's just scanning them and Comodo thinks it's modifying them?

Indeed, thats what I thought as well. Process monitor, however, reports that PSANhost tried to open a file for generic read/write access and was denied after I deny the alert in comodo. Very strange.

It should have given you the option to enter the key as you were installing PCAV. I think (because I don't have a way to test it) is by clicking the upgrade to PCAV pro words on the bottom of the free version (or how ever it's worded) should give you a way to enter your key. I will look into it and see how it should be done if that does not work.

Also about the slow start menu....it's very rare on Windows 7 and does not happen to everybody. If I remember correctly slow was defined as just a few seconds and should not be very noticeable.

Ok due to the fact I entered my key when I installed I never got to test how to do this. A guide would be nice and I will see if one of the Panda staff can get us one so you can get setup.

My other guess would be to go into the advance options and try to turn on one of the pro features (behavior analysis) and when the popup comes up see if it lets you put the code in. I will go ask the staff and possibly get a guide setup.

Which process should i add to my firewall to have a perfect experience with Panda ?
I'm using the advanced windows 7 firewall , so i need to add exceptions by myself.

With the 1.0 beta i used to give access to PSANHost.exe only as far i as remember. Is it enough with the 1.1 ?
Because the gui says that everything is ok but the connection tab says that i'm not connected to the internet o_O

Weird, sounds as if you had a different version installed (<1.1). Where and when did you download it from?
