It's related to the signature update of eScanAV Anti-Virus Toolkit.

    Hi

Does v1.5 fix the USB vaccination issue from v1.4 where the USB vaccination is enabled whether or not the option is checked in the UI? Thereby breaking CD & U3 drive autoruns.

It was incompatible with many programs before, only recently was that changed. There is no guaranteed compatibility. Panda Cloud by itself is already a top-class AV program.

Wouldn't that be going down the bloatware route, when something like Adblock Plus does it anyway?

well PCA pro will have a firewall. but the firewall will be like Nortons where they make the choices. in other words not like Comodo with alot of prompts.

I wasn't aware of that problem. If you can send me the CloudAV report plus some details we can take a look at it.

Unfortunately not. It was a mistake on our end and completely forgot to include an updated library which corrects this.
You can re-enable autorun manually by deleting the key:
    Code:
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\IniFileMapping\Autorun.inf
    @SYS:DoesNotExist

Is there anyway to exclude file/EXE from realtime scanning?

When i run Visual Studio 2010 I have to disable PCA each time to either debug a app im working on or even to Publish an app. the excluetion only work for scans not Realtime.

Exclusions work for both OnDemand and OnAccess. Maybe what's interfering is the debug mode? Do you have the PRO version with behavioural analysis running? Try turning that off. Also make sure there are no auxiliary directories being used during debug/publishing or whatever other operations you perform that holds temporary files which are being scanned by PCAV.

    How does Panda work?

Does it do real time scanning?

Will it slow down my online gaming?

Will it use a lot of bandwidth? Does it constantly need to check the Panda servers? I don't have a lot of monthly bandwidth quota.

I have complete trust in panda cloud. Its detection is very good and low on system resources. I would suggest using it with any good on-demand scanner like MBAM or you can even use it with windows defender.:) And the free version of panda is more than capable of keeping the malwares out of your system.. :)

I will second that. To me, it is the best product I have tried and has a loyal customer here.

By connecting to Cloud servers for more information about threats. Also has local cache of signatures and scanned objects, behaviour blocking, autorun disabling, and exclusions.

    Of course.

No, I've gamed fine with it.

Barely noticeable, people with slow Internet connection doesn't experience issues.

    4. Refer this link "Pbust" had answered a similar question like this. It only consumes few hundred KB for ~ 150 GB hard drive scan  :D

What causes the error of not being able to Sync up with the Cloud servers? I have a few computers that seem to have that issue with only PCA installed nothing else. well Windows firewall is running. thats it.

Clocks, as the refund thread is closed I've copied your post above.
We have a fix for the BSOD. Simply reboot in Safe Mode and replace PSINAflt.sys with the attached file (in %WinDir%\System32\drivers). Password of the zip is "panda".
    View attachment PSINAFLT.zip

BTW we will deploy this as a silent autofix soon as some users have tested it already and it seems to work.
