It should be something along the lines of 1.0.1.XX.

Weird, I've tested in a few systems with the same version and in all cases it is blocked. Maybe in the past you checked the exclusion ("I understand that visiting the page could infect my computer")??

Try uninstalling the filter and installing it again from www.pandasecurity.com/toolbar/PandaSecurityToolbar.exe

I did it and found out what's wrong. It still didn't work, but when I went to the test site in IE, it blocked the page, so there is incompatibility with Iron.

Hmmm... interesting. We will take a look at that. Thanks for testing it!

There's still a while to go as we want to make it really stable and powerful before releasing. There will probably be a Beta version 1.9.2 but don't quote me on it as its not yet final decision.

@MeAgain, @ziaul, @gugarci, @DOSawaits, @RJK3 and everybody else who would like to see a window upon malware detection by the on-access driver which asks what to do with the file (delete, quarantine, block access, etc.), please vote for this suggestion at our official community suggestion page at http://cloudav.ideascale.com. Right now this functionality labeled "On-access detection settings: ask before action option" only has 3 votes as opposed to other features which have many more votes.

Does somebody know if there's a way to change PCAV's language after installation?

I only have the URL Filter installed, my question is:

Does the filter scan IDM downloads?

The URL Filter should block it prior to downloading the file. It doesn't scan anything though..

Plugged my USB into my computer, opened up a folder with a handful of installers and had to spend ike 10 minutes waiting for Panda to stop devouring my CPU... I assume it's because it was analyzing the PE's but shouldn't this be done in the cloud? I'm asking this in the most pacific manner, no trolling intended...

Maybe it takes more time to send the necessary data to the cloud from USB? :doubt:

    Thanks.
But I'm not interested in registering with this site just so I could vote. I also love the sandbox idea.
Anyway thanks again for posting the link, I'm sure other users will want to vote for different features.

No problem! Let's see what @pbust says
Well, I realize that might be the case but, the data amount sent to the cloud should not be that much, I'd say much less than the total size of the PE's. o_O?
