Panda may be a bear, but not on my system like the Web was.

It's actually PAV2WSC.exe*32. What is this process that just keeps starting/stopping every 8 seconds??

PAV2WSC.exe is the process in charge of registering Panda with the Windows Security Center. Are you having some problems seeing Panda in the WSC?

I have my Security Center disabled in Services, so it sounds as though PCA is trying to register to the Security Center repeatedly? I re-enabled the Security Center and the PAV2WSC process disappeared.

For now I have switched to Panda Cloud from Avast!. I have a question; do I need the toolbar for the URL filtering? I hate toolbars.

You need to install it to get the URL Filtering, but you can uninstall it and keep the URL filtering.

I guess he means you have to install it initially, but afterwards if you uninstall the toolbar the URL filtering will continue to work.

I went to what I believe is the test page for the URL Filter and it didn't block it. The URL Filter is still installed and I see its process running in task manager, so what's wrong?

Yes, and the page loaded and said that if the filter is working, I should not be seeing this page. Is it because my browser is Iron; is Chrome not supported?
