Ok another issue with pis 2011
Today after boot I got info from Panda self-diagnosis that I need to restart computer because my level of protection is low.

Panda gui (see attachments) shows that several modules from Panda are
    disabled.

    Event log:

"Panda TPSrv unexpectedly terminated. It's occured 1 time."
"Panda On-Acesss Anti-Malware Service hangs during boot"

Pbust - something is wrong here. What kind of data can I provide you to diagnose the problem?

:( Sad. Anyway, I will try 30-day trial.

    ... or 3-months trial :)

Auto-delete makes no sense and could be dangerous in case of a FP ... :ouch:

    @pbust

Does Panda auto delete suspicious files? I want to try it but I need that question answered first.

    Thanks

It's send suspicious files to quarantine you can later restore them..

Umm I am not Pbust and I have never used PAV but it is like PCAV it does like this. Suspicious files are sent to where they can be restore, and I think low risk threats also. Then higher risk files and ones they are not sure are FP's like test files get automatically deleted.

I have never seen so far files auto removed without quarantine, but it means that my panda behave differently ;-) (honestly not only in that case as you can see from my previous posts) :D

I agree, auto-quarantine would be ok but auto-delete is crappy :gack: I hope Panda will change it soon ...

No, suspicious files are sent to quarantine first. Only confirmed malware (with specific name) is auto-deleted.

I see, thank you. Why is Panda AV so bloated? When I click on the Panda icon I have to wait about 5 seconds until the GUI is opened :doubt: AVG or Avast do the same job within 1 second ...

I do not agree with you... Panda AV is not at all bloated. It had all the necessary features ... So i won't think that it is bloated. :)

I found initially Panda was harsh on the CPU and caused it to hang. After rebooting a few times it seemed to be fine. Other than that I don't notice very much slowdown anymore.

If you still face such issues then i would suggest you to install hot-fixes, which was recommended by Pedro ..:)

If you do face any kind of problem, then it would be better to use Hot-Fixes, though they are in beta stages but it would be helpful and can optimize the performance of Panda AV/IS lil bit ..

Where can I find those hot-fixes? :doubt:
