Pale Moon 9.2 and 3.6.30 release

Pale Moon 9.2 and 3.6.30 have been released!

The major fix for this release is a critical vulnerability in the PNG image library that could lead to a forced crash (overflow) and possibly malicious code execution by using a specially formatted PNG image.

Other fixes:
9.2:

* Update to the add-ons blocklist and its handling
* New 64-bit application icon (32-bit icon update in the next version)
* Minor updates to cache handling settings

3.6.30:

* Fix for a stack checking crash
* Change to the program's identification (now reads "Pale Moon 3") for easier identification of the two branches by software libraries, updaters and AV
