LOL! Aah, Buck! Ya beat me to the sand castles!! LOL! I think they should count, but not sure about the chess pieces! LOL! (Thanks for the image lesson, have to do that one!)

Uguel! I feel your pain! Bad sunburns are NO fun!

Love the way you did the magic castle! So colorful!

This is also a real castle, in France, but it's as you see, badly in need of WALLS! :D

So, this is my haunted castle pic, with ghosts, called "Remants of Memory".

Used Flaming Pear's Chroma, Jama3d's border and texturing, some soft relief, added some fog too!

I like your pics, Uguel, did you use PSP to do that? They don't look like psp, but I like the effects!

I did this castle with Artweaver, pretty nifty little prog, Paul2!

I used some painting effect with the bumpiness, and used PhotoFiltre for the glass frame. (Does anyone know how to change the save settings on PhotoFiltre? It wants to compress after every thing I do, upping the size as it does.......kinda hard to keep the size down, when using it!!)

    It's a 'Castle Past Time".

    Thanks Marja,
lol, you smart bird! :D I use Virtual Painter Demo Version.
It is limited but worth trying. One thing, it leaves a watermark in the
bottom of pictures so I resized the canvas of the pics just before
opening it in Virtual Painter so that the watermark will be displayed in the
bottom only. It is a very nice program. :)

To answer your question, if you want to reduce the size of the picture
that you save in Photofiltre, you can reduce the quality to (let say) 50%
and your picture will be lighter. :) See screenshot.

    Big Buck,

Yes, how did you know? I actually bought one of those and had it in my room before "the accident". It was of a lake in the mountains...I liked the look of it...how did you do it?

Did someone say Icons? It has been too long since I have posted any icons. These aren't that unique. I am going for easy recognition. I find it makes finding things easier for me.

    Wow, well done HO.
They look like they were made by a professional! :)

    I kinda challenged myself tonight.
I wanted this pic to look like a painting but without using
    Virtual Painter, only Artweaver instead.
So, I had this Stottish castle at first.....

...then I opened it in Artweaver.
I went to the menu > Filter > Stylize > Oilify, radius 10,
then I took the fairy brush and added some white in the pic.
And with the chunky brush, I added some ocre on the castle
and some green for the bush, the grass, and finally, I added
a touch of ocre, white and Cobalt into the sky.

Did it in M$ Dig Image Pro with the 'glowing edges' filter. PSP has a similar filter....
