THIS IS A POSTER FROM THE MOVIE, "UNDERWORLD", WHICH I THOUGHT WAS PRETTY COOL, BUT LIKE THOSE VAMPIRES AND STUFF!:D

SO, HANDS!! IF YOU COME BY WITH THAT PLUG-IN FEEL FREE TO CLEAN IT UP!

IT LOOKED SOO MUCH BETTER BEFORE I HAD TO RE-SIZE IT, I TRIED THE POSTERIZING EFFECT YOU MENTIONED, BUT THERE MUST BE MORE COLOR THAN I THOUGHT,IT LOOKED LIKE A KIDS' FINGER PAINTING OR SOMETHING!

SO, THE ONLY THING I DID BESIDE THE SHADOW AND BORDER - WAS TO GIVE THE LADY WARRIOR A COOLER COAT, IT WAS ALOT BRIGHTER BEFORE I RE-SIZED.

THAT'S ALL, I KNEW SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TIME TO SHOP AMIDST ALL THAT FIGHTING! :D

SO, THIS IS MY "UNDERWORLD DREAM'.

To Marja - Now that is posterized!

To Eldar - I sort of feel sorry for snakes, having no arms and legs and all. Since nature made is so tough for them I can't help but wish them luck. Hmmm, remember, the squeaky wheel gets the girl, wink, wink!

Okay, Here's a movie. Maybe Marja will guess it...I am beginning to think we have the same taste in movies.

Glad to be of service to you. ;)
If I'm not mistaken Movies 12 was already mentioned by Iceni60.
It's a really nice animator with some cool effects. :)
    Looking forward to it. ;)
Haven't seen that movie yet, but you represented it well. :)
Oh you're right about that. :D
 How do you do that?
I don't have a clue which movie or actor it is. o_O

    Well done everyone. :)

    A nice weekend to all. :D ;)

THIS IS A RE-PEAT OF 'UNDERWORLD DREAM', WAS NOT RE-SIZED THIS TIME, AND TOOK LESS PIXELS! SO, HANDS, I NOTICED COMPRESSION TAKES UP MORE 'SPACE'.

I ALSO HAVEN'T A CLUE TO THE MOVIE, SORRY, ALL I CAN THINK OF IS THAT NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET GUY AND NO WAY AM I A FAN OF SOMEONE RUINING MY DREAMS! :D

SO THIS TURNED OUT CLOSER TO WHAT I HAD IN MIND, BUT THE COAT STILL ISN'T THE WAY I FIRST HAD IT- ANOTHER GOOD REASON TO NOTE YOUR SETTINGS WHEN MAKING SOMETHING.......RIGHT, UGUEL? ;)

That's better! Cleaner, that re-sizing and compression just ..........not going to use much of that anymore!

Eldar, I saw that movie! But, can't think of the name......

I wanted to use that plastic stuff that Hands and the others have used, but guess I don't have it??

So, did the best I could with soft plastic, neon edging and comic stripx effect to bring you the "Furious Life", a car race scene from Fast and Furious, of course! :D

That's about all I did here.

SINCE I COULDN'T GET A GOOD PIC OF THE PINK RACER IN THE FURIOUS 2, HAD TO SETTLE FOR ANOTHER RACE SCENE, "NEON RACERS".

LIKE THOSE NEON LIGHTS UNDER THE CARS......OH, OT, SORRY! :D

I DID SOMETHING REALLY STRANGE, DON'T KNOW WHY - I PUT FINE MESH ALL OVER THE PIC A COUPLE TIMES, DECIDED I LIKE THE EFFECT, ENHANCED EDGES, NEONED EVERYTHNG IN SIGHT, THEN PUT THE COMIC STRIP EFFECT OVER ALL. SIMPLE BORDER TOO.

Don't know this one? Well let me clean up the picture and throw in some dialogue!

"No, you're not thinking. You're too busy being a smart alec to be thinking. Now I want you to take a little second and really try thinking about it. Do you think you could try that for me?"

Marja, I think the plasticky one is Flaming Pear's Laquer.

E., I wish I had uploaded the one with only the effect I think you are interested in. I didn't want to insult you all by making the picture too obvious. it is the stairs filter in NIK abstract effects Pro.

Marja - Here is the quick fix by Alien Skin's Image Doctor. I find that it's biggest strength is the elimination of "artifacts" without loosing nearly as much detail as blur would. It has one other effect that is really interesting, but that's another story...

BTW if you add a new layer to a picture that you might want to edit later, it helps if you either keep the layers separate, or keep a copy of the layer. Then you can adjust them individually. Since the coat might be lighter, less saturated, and softer than the background (and blue-green?) its hard to bring them closer, applying the same effects to both.

    We need a hint. :D

This one is a computer animation, but so incredibly well done you would think you're
looking at a movie. Really love this one.

    Yes, really great movie.
I found one with no writing on it, but had to search a little. :)
    Thanks Marja. ;)
Thanks Brad, nice theme too. :D

The next is a movie which my wife has already seen more then 10 times.
She really adores this movie and I searched all over for a DVD, which I gave to her on Valentines Day. :-*

ELDAR, I HAVE NOT SEEN THAT MOVIE, BUT HEARD IT WAS GOOD. LIKE HARRISON FORD IN ANY OF HIS MOVIES...

THIS IS AN OLD JLO MOVIE, CALLED 'ENOUGH'. I USED POSTERIZING, SIMPLE BORDER THEN ADDED XENOFEX'S SHATTER AND TV EFFECTS TO MAKE "JLO BREAKING THE BOX."

    DIFFERENT......ANYWAY.

THIS IS THE PINK RACER FROM FF2, PLAYED AROUND WITH A LOT OF EFFECTS TO SEE WHAT I WOULD GET.....THIS IS ONE OF THE MORE PRESENTABLE ONES.................

    IT'S "PINK AND FURIOUS".

    I'LL POST THE PARTICULARS LATER.

It's called 'Sabrina'. A love story where Sabrina thinks she's in love with the younger brother, a playboy.
To make it short she's manipulated by the older brother (Ford) to close an important deal.
In the end he reveals his true feelings for her.
If you want to laugh, cry, then this movie is definitely one to watch. ;)

Harrison Ford is a wonderful actor and we like his movies too.
Air Force One is one of my favourites and of course we can't forget Indiana Jones.
Never heard of this one, although I've seen enough movies of her.
Looks like someone on TV. Nice effects.
Also one I haven't seen, but then again I'm not into race cars. :p
Sounds like a lot of searching went into that picture to achieve a nice effect.
    Great work Marja. :D

To come back to Bruce Willis, here's one I've watched more then once. :D
I applied a motion trail to the meteorite and also a ripple effect. Space was made by the Glitterato plugin (Flaming Pear).
A glass bubble for Bruce and a blended image for all three of them.
Frame made by the Eye Candy Fire > Coal Flames.
For her I used a porcelain effect and had to clone the hair a bit. :(
