I applied a mosaic effect on this picture too! :)
...since the colours were already bright,
I chose not to enhance the colours... So there is no
overlay blending mode or whatever on it.

You're welcome and thanks for that wonderful tutorial about blending modes or light effects. ;)
Love those pictures, it gives a nice touch to your images.

As promised here's another fantasy design.
Story: The unicorns (guardians) are watching Spring, because they don't want her to come early into the world. As Spring is awakening, so are flowers boiling to the surface.

Next will be Spring coming into the world in all its beauty. :)

Yes, Uguel and Eldar! Those are super pictures!

Love your 'Spring isn't allowed just yet' story, Eldar! :) You got the whole story in one picture!

Uguel, I would have never thought of putting a blur to bring out the colors, or it the overlay that refreshes the colors??!! That's really handy to know! Also, on the tulips, did the reflection of the color of the tulips just show up? Or did you have to do something to them? That's really something!

Been a bit slow this week, hope to catch up and have something to show you this coming week!

    Cheers!

Thanks Marja. ;) You need a story to make a fantasy picture and there's more to come.
Hope to see your pictures soon.
Wow, that's a great picture and a colorful bird. :D

The reflection was achieved by applying a mosaic effect on it.
Have a look at post #600, you will find all the explanations on
how to apply the mosaic efect. If there is anything that is not clear,
    just let me know. ;)

We all understand why you can't spend as much time as you would like here. You're not alone on this. ;)
We will keep up the good work. Post your pictures as soon as you find the time to do it. :)

And the story continues: Spring escaped from her prison. Changes to the landscape are already visible. Flowers & others blooming, animals coming out of their hiding places and of course love is in the air. :-*

Hey Marja, I applied the filter that you reccomended the other day, Virtual Photographer and it worked well. I don't remember which preset I chose for this one I made here... there were about 50 presets... I tried a few and I finally ended up with this antique effect. :)

    Virtual Photographer

WOW! Uguel the rose is wonderful! Glad that filter is so useful and fun! Your tags look great too! Are the flowers a picture or a tube? And I really like the font, what is it? Sorry I missed you, I was probably waiting for my computer to decide if it wanted to work tonite or not?? Weird!

Eldar, Finally Spring is Springing Free!:D That is great, are you using tubes or ?? It looks like a whole lot is going on in that picture, but, I guess that is Spring!? It's great!

I finally decided to get rid of all those Barbie pages, I had kept saving them and writing little stories about the pictures, until it became Missing Barbie. It was bugging me that I had them cluttering up my computer and needed a silly break from trying anis and sparkles! LOL!

So, getting rid of them will be like my SpringBreak, so I can put some energy here.*

Hope you all have a super day!

    Marja:cool:

*That's my story and I am sticking to it!:D

    Hi Marja,

    yes it was a tube.
I used the "Bickham Script Fancy2" font for the letters.

I know how long it takes to write adventure stories!!!
It's fun but they take all your time. You have to do
research, drawing& writing texts...and most of the material you do
go to the recycle bin..

I agree, all those pics take lots of room on your computer.

Hope to see your new creations soon Marja!!! :)

    Thanks Uguel. ;)
Oops! One more filter to add. Thanks for the tip. :) Nice tags & flower.
    Thanks Marja.
Almost everything is a tube :D (unicorns, Spring, rabbits, deer, flowers, bird, castle). I think I got them all.
Pity, I'm always losing quality when resizing.
I also applied several filters and effects, as well as Virtual Photographer. :)
Great plugin Marja and I'm glad you're the one who found it.

Sorry you had to get rid of all those Barbie stuff.
Images take a lot of room, but you can always burn them to a CD to make room or even upload these to ImageShack.
Nice to join us Cartoonboy. :)
BTW Brad posted a link in this topic to a free copy of PSP7.
So if you're interested, start looking for it. :D ;)
