Paid for new license key. 4 days later..... zip

    I paid for a new key to update my spyware blaster protection. They charged my credit card, but still wont give me my key. I have emailed the support contact, and am continuously given LAST year's license key(expired).... has this happened to anyone else?
    I've been going around in circles here for days now. I've sent them my hardware ID, reference number, name, detailed info, etc etc etc like they asked, and I AM able to receive email from them, so there are no respones t going to my spam folder.
