When I make a scan of the system, the scanner cannot open this file which is normal I think. So my question is, is it possible to exclude this fileo_O
    Thank you

In general the answer would be yes, but others have reported that the exclude function does not work in this release. ESET is working on it, so let's hope they get it fixed soon :).

Antarctica, you were talking about the on demand scanner, right? I guess I mixed it up, the reports were about AMON exclusions. As far as I can see the regular on demand scanner has no exclusion tab...or maybe it's me being a little too blind again...

Yes Karl_Menshy, I was talking about on demand scanner. Maybe that would be something nice to be add on NOD32. :)

Hmmm...sounds like a good feature request, although I doubt that ESET will manage to take care of that with the current workload :).

Well, I'm not Jan, but I think that every option that can supply a better user control over NOD32 it's a good option ;) Anyway, as Karl stated, Eset developers are untangling too many things in this moment. Maybe your suggestion will be added to the wishlist, to cope with it in future.

    ciao,
    Paolo.

One thing I definitely like about NOD is that the ESET developers listen to user requests. One more good point in comparison to some of the "big ones".
