I installed nod32 and ran a virus scan, which resulted in 3 files that were cleaned. I then turned of the computer and came back later to boot it. About 30 minutes later the computer ran out of memory, and I haven't been able to boot it since. The PC continues to restart as soon as it loads the desktop. The error is "Page fault in non paged area". When doing researching this, I found that this error is usually caused by antivirus software. I can only do something if I go into safe mode, but I can't uninstall nod32 in this mode. It's to much of a coincidence for my memory module to fail 30 minutes after installing a new software app. What can I do to remove nod32 in safe mode to determine if it's the culprit of this error?
