There is something that just feels very wrong about this and other cases like Marcus Hutchins. How can you have one country arresting people and applying its laws to acts foreign citizens did in their own countries? That is just ludicrous when you think about it. For example, it is well known, in Saudi it is illegal to drink alcohol. What if they decided to start arresting foreign citizens because of evidence they drank alcohol ten years ago in their own country? We wouldnt be able to even argue that is wrong or unfair because that is what the DOJ is doing.
