    Jas--

Outpost/Pro has some real potential... Supports plug-ins and has a good layout.. Passes most leaktests, except PC Flanks stealth test... TCP Ping reamains unstealthed. It is supposed to be fixed in the next update...

Hi Jas, I have tried this Firewall too, and it does indeed seem to work well. I think the new Zone Alarm 3 is going to be a little better with cookie and referall rules though. I am testing their Beta at present.  For example with Outpost if you have email with say GMX and want to see an attatchment you have to enable refreralls and pop-ups, or you will not see anything. the new ZA manages to control Ads. and referalls without interfering with the attachments. Otherwise i really like the Outpost as it is so easy on your RAM, about 1-2%. Kind regards Peter.

Outpost is nice. :) But before you buy Outpost Pro you should try the freeware editon and check if you really need the features of the pro version. In most cases the freeware version will fit all the user's needs already. :)

I dont understand this. What does attachments have todo with referrers?

ZAP 3 doesnt offer a blocking per site which means that all add-,cookie and whatever blocking is nearly nonsense. At least I didnt found an option for this.
