Please do a tracert and report the results. It looks like a network problem (almost surely with your ISP since others can access the site) but the traceroute will give an indication of where the problem is.

Now that is odd. My traceroute goes through gphou-66-98-241-125.ev1.net [66.98.241.125] also and the next hop is agnitum.com [67.15.103.130]. The only possibility is that ev1.net or agnitum.com might be blocking your IP address (possibly considering it the source of a DoS attack?). I'd suggest contacting admin (at) ev1.net giving full details of the problem (i.e. your own IP address, the IP address of Agnitum.com and your traceroute results). Emailing Agnitum also may be a good idea.

In the meantime, you should be able to use a proxy to access the website and forum. Now may be a good time to check out JAP (though it can be slow, it is easy to setup).

    Hayc59,

Contact your ISP's support department to let them know of the outage - they can then verify and chase up with ev1.net. The email to Agnitum would bounce given that Agnitum's server is unreachable - the best bet is to use a proxy and access the forum/website that way.

Ok update!! Just got off the phone
with Comcast supervisor because level one support
    has holes in there arses!!
She told me since it has nothing to do with their
router system there is nothing they can do!!
They say I need to get a hold of ev1.net and tell them to un-block my isp number!!
But since I cant get to them I am screwed!!

Ev1.net's contact details can be found via a Whois lookup (e.g. using DNSStuff).
