OSS Free auto-creating rules when it shouldn't

    I've had this problem with Outpost Security Suite Free x64 before, but can't recall what fixed it. Under Settings - ImproveNet, I've unticked/disabled all three settings but it's still creating Allow rules for applications by itself with no pop-ups. Even if I change the firewall policy from Rules Wizard to Block Most, it's still doing this!
