OS Selector doesn't recognize my USB mouse

    I just bought a dell machine, it does not have any PS2 slots, only USB so no alternative. My mouse doesn't register in OS Selector or True Image boot CD.

    I've been having similar problems.
    I did have some luck yesterday by deleting OS selector from my system and then re-installing from a boot CD

    Thanks, I will try that.

    These tools would be pretty awesome (dating myself) if they worked. Hopfully Acronis is busy fixing this while they ignore everyone.
