I'm so used to Opera that in an android tablet I put in Opera Mobile (v 11.50.ADR-1202011015).
It's all right, not anywhere near the versatility and ease of the PC version, but works ok.

However, I noticed the total absence of the sitecheck job. Normally Opera on PC goes to sitecheck2.opera.com then to the site I request. Not so in the Mobile version. I confirmed by looking at the router log. PC uses sitecheck, the tablet does not.
I don't know if something else in there checks for scum sites. I haven't found a way to put in my urlfilter.ini there, so it all sounds weak to me by now.
Am I correct? Has anyone noticed that?
