I was going to ask the same thing. Same problem here. There are also problems with other websites I visit as well. Everything was/is fine in 10.54. I'm sticking with it until Opera get their act together and release a decent version.

There is always something with every new "stable" release. It's becoming really annoying. I like the browser but the developers are really testing my patience.

Fit to width will fix the Wilders page. Plse. try http://www.nasdaq.com/ and compare menu dropdowns and top row buttons 'quotes&research' etc.with firefox.
This and other sites were problem free in 10.10. I have the 64 bit version running on 64 bit Ubuntu 10.04. Is nasdaq page rendering OK with Windows ?

No. My Wilders forum appearance has always showed up fine, even with so many of the Opera 10.10, 10.54, 10.60 Alpha's, Beta's and this final version do just as great as well.

Even after clearing cache I have this problem.. Updated from version 10.54.
    Maybe I should clean install.

    Edit:
New installation and profile made no difference. Might be because I've customized operaprefs_default.ini to use "Multi User=0"

    Edit2:
XP Mode has the same issue on a clean installation of Opera.

It occurs on a completely clean installation on a VM as well. It's not the cache, or settings or whatever, it's the browser itself.

Have you tried toggling 'Fit to Width' ? It works.

Yes, it does work but there's a larger margin of space between the icon and post links. Anyhow, at least it's still functional.

Just installed Opera 10.60 as a clean install (had 10.54 previously) and it's a bit buggy. The bookmarks disappear when I close Opera and then re open it, but the tab is still there. I have to close the bookmark tab and then re open again, and hey presto, there they are ! What's going on ?

Bugs in an Opera upgrade? Whatever next? ;)

10.60 does seem to be working for me though at the moment, I haven't really given it a real spin yet though.

When is Opera adding a 'delete history and cache' on exit, like firefox has had for years?

    Geez! :p

    Otherwise great browser.

Opera is Opera and should not try to be like Firefox or any other browsers. At the moment, Opera is setting the standard for others to follow.:p

Delete cache on exit has always been there for Opera under Tools, Preferences, Advanced, History.

CCleaner will delete all Operas history etc but not the bookmark icons. It can also distinguish between the cookies you want to keep and those you don't.
Incidentally since my last post above saying I'm finding that Opera 10.6 is 'buggy', I have been triying out Chrome and so far so good. I may have to roll back opera to 10.54 which I found stable.

    @Ocky,

Delete cache on exit will NOT delete bookmark icons.

What will delete bookmark icons is Tools, Delete Private Data. But you can prevent those bookmark icons you like to keep from being deleted by setting their properties to "read-only".:p

Thanks. If you untick clear bookmark visited time icons will not be deleted.

Edit: With me empty disc cache on exit does nothing. On the other hand Tools>Delete Private Data does (but untick 'clear bookmark visited time').

    I don't think it's to copy firefox, I think it's for convenience.

A lot of users who share the one computer for example, and aren't that 'savvy' with clearing data, would benefit from the setting.

For example, only I use my laptop, but if I were sharing with a friend, I really don't want to know what he's clicking on. You know? Could change my opinion of him. lol Seriously, we all cr@p on about privacy, but a browser isn't offering privacy as a key feature, well why not? Chrome Plus has added it. Surely they add it because it's 'in demand'.

Each to their own. It's an important feature. Internet explorer now has it.

    This discussion centers on trivialities

You could run a new private window on Opera 10.60 or your could set the remembered addresses to "0" and that is not good enough for you....

.....then for your convenience, you should use just Firefox, Chrome Plus or Internet Explorer and they are all great browsers:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Re: Opera 10.60 (Alpha, Beta...) Now Final! - The Fastest Browser on Earth gets Faste

You make good points, but still some people want to use their history in a browsing session, but remove all searches upon close.

I run browsers sandboxed, so everything is deleted afterwards anyway. I'm speaking for others who would want it (google search reveals many others ask for it).

The functionality is there, 'delete private data', just need to include the option in preferences to have it when Opera closes. Would it make Opera even better? Yes. Would it make Opera any worse a program? No.

Include it and it's win-win for Opera (more users) and users (more privacy).

With Opera, if you set Tools. Preferences. Advanced, History and set remembered addressess to zero, all searches will be removed...immediately.:p

    Good stuff.

So if a user does the following, all is removed. I noticed even with history set to 0, a user can still reopen all the closed tabs. :) :thumb:
