only got a week free

    I thought I was supposed to get 30 days free trial to see how this program works, I installed it last week and it is telling me that I am not covered anymore. I was considering buying this as it comes highly recommended, but I do not want it shutting down willy nilly. Any idea what happened?

    Downloaded it from the ESET website. Downloaded on 10-6, installed on 10-6, date and time are correct on the computer. I would like to finish trying it before I bought it. Thanks for your help. David.

    Just in case, couldn't it be that you first installed a trial version of ESS and then installed a trial version of EAV over it? Please export your settings to an xml file and send it to me for perusal.
