online test crashes my IE

when i get to checking my mail for viruses using your online virus test, my IE crashes, giving the following message:

this happens if i test 'my computer' or if i test the 'e-mail only. when i test 'hard drives'  or 'memory', i get to the end of the test.

any thoughts?
