    sorry if this doesnt go here
    im running windows vista home premium and when i installed the online scanner and then i attempt to scan i get an error saying i need administrative rights but i am the admin theres no other account on the pc,i think its something with vista but not sure how to fix im new to vista,thanks

    Hello,

    this is probably due to UAC enabled. Googling on this topic helps a lot.

    In short, you have to run IE as administrator. Right click on its icon-Run as administrator - and you'll be able to install ESET Online Scanner.
