I found a website which binds files online and compiles an exe file.
I tried to bind some rootkit samples with it, and uploaded the compiled exe to VirusTotal. It went through CLEAN, except for Panda which marked it suspicious! It uses UPX to compress the files.
It kind of shocked me that none of the scanners could unpack and detect the samples in this exe...
What do you think? Any need to worry? :ouch:
