OA is the second best product after NOD32.

if you are using it with NOD32 than your machine is like fortress.

But than you need to pay for it, thats true. :isay: :isay: :isay:

It's only $39,95 US for the program, plus one year of updates. The $50 price is if you want two years of updates as well.

Aussie dollars depending on Exchange rate at the time... works out right now at about A$47.

You're in the CBD - we're on York Street near QVB (above the NSW Bowlers Club)

It's possible to bring a slab of (decent) beer to the office and get a licence :)

Seriously - sure thing - we can even give you it on CD with a case :)

The title of this thread is "good". When it is Vista ready, it can be changed to "great". Sorry Mike I am late, sitting on the side of the road drinking your gift."Burp"

    Hi maddawgz,

You have two choices - Online Armor, and Online Armor AV+. They both contain HIPS, Web and Mail filters, and personal firewall (plus other features, but those are the main ones).

The difference is if you buy AV+ you get the Kaspersky engine as well. This means that if an unknown file is found, we use KAV to check it for viruses as well.

If you take the full package, you can deselect components that you don't want, and you may also completely uninstall the firewall drivers if you so choose.

From my experience, OA 2 works alongside with many security applications. Also, its firewall can be disabled (and even uninstalled) to prevent conflicts with another firewall you may be using. Its HIPS functions can coexist with other HIPS programs like SSM and PS but running them together may be a bit of an overkill. You do have the option to do so if you prefer.

    Hi Mike,
I may have missed something, but is the AVG here the AV? If so can the full package run with another active AV? I did not think that 2 could run together, but I know so little about OA that maybe you have solved that, or maybe the AVG here is the AS.

    Regards,
    Jerry

    Hi Jerry,

OA can run alongside pretty much any other security software - we put a lot of effort into that.
