    The first thing that comes to my mind is a conflict between OA and Avast. To locate a problem you might disable OA HIPS (for one).

    PS. OAsrv CPU usage on your picture is absolutely crazy and absolutely abnormal.

    I will try to disable the HIPS feature and see what happen...
