One Step Backup To DVD Error

With True Image 9(Build 2,270), Easy CD/DVD Creator 6 Drag-to-Disc I can one step create Image of C Partition to DVD+R, but I cannot check the image automatically as Module 100, Error 5 and Code OX640005 is obtained.

Is there a solution for this?
