One more missing license (order problem)

    Hi,

    I placed an order to renew my 3 computer license on the ESET website on Saturday, 8/9. I received the confirmation email, but never received the follow-up email with the username/password. I opened a ticket with ESET yesterday, but haven't yet received a response. Your assistance would be appreciated!

    Order Problem

    Can anyone assist? Still waiting for email with username/password.

    Order #: XXXXXXX (placed 8/9)
    Case #: 148XXX (opened 8/10 - no response)

    Would like to resume with signature updates ASAP.
