on demand scanning

Hello, I recently made Thunderbird my default mail application and when I try to run NOD32 on-demand scanner (either from context menu or through control center) I get message saying something like this: "there is either no default mail client or this mail client cannot fulfill the requirement for sending mail, please set Microsoft Outlook as your defaul mail client". When I click OK it proceeds scanning.

It does only when I am not logged in as Administrator - when I log in as Administrator, it does not do it.

What is it? Can you help me?

Sounds like you have the same error I get if trying to use outlook express...
Try this....
Open Control Center and go into NOD32---> RunNOD32---->setup tab---->down at the bottom left under "system"... untick the "use MAPI interface box.
