On demand-scan doubt

    Hi:)

    I have a simple cuestion. If I download a file that I'm not 100% sure it isn't malware, is there any good in doing right-click --> Scan with Eset Smart Security? or would it have the same effect if I just run it and let the real-time protection do it's thing?

    usually realtime protection & web scanner are enough but you can do right click scan for make sure that the file is OK :D

    They are more than enough . Moreover , they may catch things that an on-demand scan will miss (like files detected as Statik applications or Genetik)
