Oh Where, Oh Where Has Support Gone??

    I've come across my second problem with NOD32, and again have been ignored. How many emails does it take for "support" to respond to paying customers?

    Prior to my old subscription ending, I renewed. Apparently it didn't go through (although my bank was billed) and now I have a virus scanner I can't update...

    Amazingly, sales didn't take the vacation that support did; I got a response in under 10 minutes from them.

    Did you send your initial request to suppoort@nod32.com or you filled in the form on our website? If the latter, did you choose USA or another country ?
