Because I was using an earlier version that had this problem, I installed the new build here yesterday (.199) and was actually fixed, congratulations to the team of Prevx.

    Thanks! :thumb:

According to website SafeOnline is compatible with Chrome 2/3. I've seen in some other thread that you guys were going to add suport for newest version, like beta or so.

I'm wondering if it works with Chromium as well, or is it a no go?

    Thank you

The new .199 version makes OpenPim crash my PC upon launching the program. It's a personal information manager program, certainly not malware but Prevx doesn't report it as malware, only makes my entire PC hang until i hit reset o_O Prevx auto-updated itself today to .199 and i discovered this problem now, tested further by uninstalling Prevx and OpenPim works again!

Just in case, here's the link to the program homepage: http://open-pim.com if someone wants to attempt to reproduce this. Running WinXP SP3, licensed Prevx without SafeOnline, and the newest (3.1) version of OpenPim.

For now i'll have to uninstall Prevx, i need that memo software :) Please look into this asap? Thanks.

Already done, but what's the log going to do if it's not identified as malware? Something in the new version just crashes my entire PC when using OpenPim. And now i had to reboot four times after using the forced uninstall tool for Prevx since it wouldn't uninstall normally. Oh joy...

Thank you for the log :) The logs are used for finding information about software as well as malicious software - if you could try rescanning and rebooting, it should be working better now.
