Office 2003

For some reason Microsoft Office 2003 starts installing when I click on the spywareblaster icon. It will not stop untill I click cancel. Just clicking the x responds like hitting refresh.
This started this morning... Every Monday I update all my javacool and other spyware scenarios

In almost all reports in what appears to be a Microsoft installer conflict....it has been found to be associated with an incomplete install of a program(.msi) or not re-booting after an install or refresh of a program.

If you follow thru with what Office 2003 wants and then re-boot....does it still cause the install to pop up when attempting to open Spywareblaster ?

that seemed to work... had to dig out the install disk it would not let me proceed without it...

everything seems to work fine now
