Last year my Outlook Express installation quit allowing me to send email messages. I was able to receive email messages but (for whatever reason) I couldn't send them. I then started trying different alternatives (even Thunderbird) but I wasn't happy with any of them. I had used Outlook Express for over 15 years and I wanted something that had the same look and feel. I discovered OE Classic in early February 2019 (this year). After looking at the free version, I decided to purchase the pro version. I have been using OE Classic Pro for almost 8 months now. It is truly a great replacement for Outlook Express! I will say that I like it much better than Outlook Express! It was easy to migrate all of my saved emails and set up my email accounts. The address book is also very easy to use. I give it two thumbs up!
