Odd text behaviour in Chrome on Wilders.

I have noticed that while using Google Chrome in Wilders I have discovered that sometimes the text box won’t highlight yellow when I click in it (as is usual in WebKit browsers).

Although I can write text it is impossible to insert hyperlinks & the rich text formatting will not work.

This behaviour seems sporadic & does not include the title box. I have only been using Chrome for about a week & I have the JavaScript whitelist enabled. When I have disabled this function the behaviour is the same however.

It is still sporadic & sometimes the same text box works, sometimes not. I have not noticed this with SRWare Iron or Firefox.

I am at a bit of a loss to explain this.


OK, I've found a work-around. If this happens, just go back a page & try again. This then works. Maybe an extension is slowing the page or something.

I have no idea.....
