I have both Bitdefender Total Security 2018 and Acronis True Image 2018 on my computer. The first time I tried to use Bitdefender Safepay, I got a message that said that Safepay could not work because of Acronis Schedule Helper, and that I should turn it off. I went to Acronis and don't really see how to do this. Any recommendations?

Thanks for alerting me to this. I guess turning off Acronis when planning on using Safepay is the way to go. This solves my issue so the thread can be closed.
