Hi All. I wonder if anyone can help. I have oo disk image 12, when i create an image and restore it the pc boots to a black screen with mouse cursor. I have also got disk image 9, this works perfect. I have also tried the following - created an image with 9 and it restores ok with 12. I then created an image with 12 and that restored ok with 9. So I cannot restore an image created with 12. support cannot help as they state if black screen with cursor then windows has loaded. In my mind it must be something to do with 12. Running win10 version 1909 disk image 12 is12.3 build 201 thanks in advance ray
Why not use Macrium Reflect Free? Even the free version is night and day better than Disk Image and works 100% of the time.
