Hi GerardWil, I will ask the Lord to forgive you for you know not what you do. That receipe looks awesome. As I have been doing the cooking chores for the past few ys. so my wife has had to put on a brave face. I tried to surprise her w/a Paella last Valentine's Day. I could have been incarcerated for 20yrs for cruel and unusual punishment. We have had mousaka prepared by the mother of a Greek friend so I hesitate to try.

Ah what the heck, why not. (note my quote @ bottom)

Yumpin yimminy! Is this a great EURO or what?

I think I can fake some chest pains and have the ambulance carry me the 65 miles to the "PUB" so I can watch the Netherlands thrash the Swedes. No more beer though. I had one at the last Port. game and was seeing two screens.

    HUP!

    Penalty fear haunts Dutch

The prospect of a penalty shoot-out dominated the Netherlands' final press conference before Saturday's quarter-final against Sweden. The Dutch have been eliminated from four major tournaments – in 1992, 1996, 1998 and 2000 – after losing on spot-kicks and are desperate to avoid a repeat.

    No practice
Captain Frank de Boer revealed that his team-mates have not been practising penalties in training. "Taking a penalty is a special situation," he said. "I don't think you can prepare for it. You saw that with David Beckham, who missed against Portugal. Taking a penalty is always different, no matter how well you can shoot. The pressure makes it very difficult."

Referee Mejuto sent home by UEFA

    UEFA (SW)

LISBON, June 25 (SW) - Referee Manuel Mejuto González will not be leading any more matches at the European Championships in Portugal as UEFA have decided that his job is done.

The Spanish referee has been subject of discussion after he missed the spitting incident during the match between Italy and Denmark and only booked Francesco Totti later, when the Roma player violently fouled Henriksen.

A few days later, he refused to award the Netherlands a penalty when Ruud van Nistelrooy was pulled down by Tomas Ujfalusi and later he gave Johnny Heitinga a controversial second yellow card.

Mejuto told the press agency EFE that he is disappointed: "I am sad because according to me I have done a good job."

Kluivert isnt playing very well the past half year or so. I think they get sooner or later Overmars in. And if still draw against the end of the match Pierre van Hooydonk.
