have installed 9.1 true image workstation.
i want to back up my system, running vista ultimate.
i have 2 x 250 gb drives managed by the intel chip to look like 1 @500 gb
i tried the cloneing disc to a 160 gb freecom drive but it hung for about 4 hours and didnt do anything, so i rebooted and tried the back up the entire drive, a message came up that i didnt have enough privileges, even though i opened the program as administrator.
any help in this would be extremely helpfull.

You mentioned managed by the Intel chip to look like a 500GB drive - sounds like a dynamic disk. TI doesn't support dynamic disks except in the Server versions, AFAIK.

    just checked.
it is the intelmatrix storage manager that runs the raid of the m/board.
