Not connected equipment definitions update?

Ok here is the story, we are running one computer that has no connection whatsoever to the internet world (for security reasons) and my question is as follows:
If we were to purchase NOD32 anti-virus system is there a way to update the definitions of this AV without enabling a net connection? I know that Norton offers definition update packages so one can update an networkless systems. Thus I was wondering if such a structure exists with Eset?
