Hi,
My Operating System is Microsoft Windows XP, Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 2 and ewido anti-spyware scane report is listed below. I have a startup virus on my computer. Please, help me to resoved this issue because the qurantine is NOT HOLDING. Thank you!

The first would be to remove the whole software CoffeeCup Software if you don't know it . Then perform the general cleaning instructions here:
