Depends on which time zone they go by; at the moment, it's noon in New York, and 9 am in Los Angeles, so it's September 6 is not exactly over yet.

Too bad it looks like the only way to get a copy is to buy it. No download links yet for existing customers. :(

That shouldn't last long. They'll put up a link for a trial installer. Running the "new version check" in NIS 2011 doesn't show 2012 yet either, but that will probably go active last. Those of us that can't wait (which includes me) will need to grab the trialware and update that way.

I bought a license for Norton but I haven't entered the key yet! Is the license ticking or does it start when I enter the key? Bought it from a 3rd party re-seller!

It's the same version as the last Beta offered on their portal: 19.1.0.28, launched on 22nd of August.

But it's the official release. My product key works with it. Did an in-place upgrade over 2011, it saved all my settings, one reboot and working great. Also now supports Chrome so all is good in the world!

    Hi Ade 1,
So are you using the final product, not the beta? And did you uninstall 2011 or installed it on top of it?

    Thanks,
    Ziaul
