Norton AV deleted OA avgate.exe said its a ws.trojan..?

Doesn't look like the site is very active...you think AV companies checks out the fp reported there?

 

haha, i doubt it. all the major av labs have internal protocols for addressing user & vendor-reported false positive detections, and checking that site is not likely one of them

 

I posted there and also sent them to Norton.

 

Our site is still very new, less than a week old.

All of the major AV companies knew about our project before it was announced publicly, before we even bought the domain name and set up the site. They understand what we are trying to accomplish and most are willing to cooperate.

As you can see here, someone from Symantec did respond to your post about this issue, and rather quickly. They are monitoring our forum.

 

Ohh, i almost though you said Norton was monitoring this forum but you meant yours

 

Strange they said it was fixed so I updated and scanned them all good then next day checked again and the auto detect scanned them and still came up as a trojan...today scanned and all good again....
