Yeah, its still the old one...even i have verified the same... I do have the downloading link of latest version, but i am not sure whether it is right to post it here or not. Because i have read that many bloggers/website admins got the legal notice from Norton on posting the direct downloading link of their products...

the downloader will put the whole thing on your system it downloads the full package then installs it

for win 7 go to users/public/public downloads/norton you will find the whole package after running the downloader

you will have 360 no defs and the defs installer there

Better in what way? Better detections? Better performance? What exactly is better?

Better in terms of price you can say;)
Most here don't prefer AIO suites like defrag,backup.....etc. The detection rates is same as NIS 2010 and performance is almost similar:) Only the 360 doesn't have too many pop ups it is like set and forget application

As evidenced by the reports of others in this thread (e.g., see post #14), there was no “mistake” at the time (also see this thread on the Symantec forum). Symantec appears to have noticed the error on their product comparison webpage and corrected it.

I suspect it was all a simple, unintentional marketing mistake by Symantec -- nothing more, nothing less.

I do not trust them...Even you can see that no official person replied there...Some volunteers post their comments on the issue.

Oooo paranoia. Of course it must be a lie, a huge conspiracy to cover things up.
