All those options are greyed out and the only thing I can pick is Leave. How can I fix thiso_O?

Can you post a screenshot here? I haven't run into a case when ESS or EAV offered only the Leave option. What cleaning level do you use? (no cleaning, standard cleaning or strict cleaning?)

Two posts removed and a reminder this is Nod32 support. Any and all suggestions concerning how best to handle certain malware will be focused solely on Nod in this forum.

The fix is to upgrade to the newest version - NOD32 v3 .
Otherwise , configure the scanning profile you use so that some action is taken when scanning files (Clean first , then Delete).

Download Version 3 if you wish and use your current user information. It should work.

No , you don't have to reregister . Just download and install over the current version , like Ron suggests. Reboot afterwards.

It will take your current specific settings . Other will be default - you can keep safely them .

Manual scan can be performed from Computer scan -> Standart scan

    Very simple is it :)

    1. Download fresh new version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus 3.0 from
http://www.eset.com/download . Make sure that you choose the correct version.

    2. Run the installer and follow the instructions ( a few clicks and confirmations)

    3. When the installation finishes , reboot the computer .

    4. Open the user interface (Update section) and make sure you update to the very latest signature
